We are a Vintage Market, we ask that all vendors stick to selling items that are before the 1980’s, Repuropsed & Upcycled. No China made items please. We require a 3-month lease commitment. Following the initial 3 months, it becomes a month-to-month lease. A one-month’s Security Deposit equal to one month’s rent is due with the first month’s rent. When you wish to leave, a 30-day written notice is required and we will then use your Security Deposit as your last month’s rent. Vendor checks are issued monthly. No work time is required. The market remits all State Sales Tax to the state. 1099 forms are issued at the end of each year.
Work with a business that cares for their vendors, always strives to get new business through the doors, uses a POS system to generate bi weekly sales reports emailed to you, has been awarded Best Vintage on the Montco Happenings list twice, one of the cleanest and kept up antique/vintage stores in the area, Wide aisles for easy mobility for customers etc.
